The

Huawei
is allocating 10% of sales income into R&D which makes 1.2 billion of
R&D investment in 2014. They have built 16 R&D centers globally and
the70% of Huawei’s staff is working in the R&D which clearly shows their
priority and their motto “Quality above quantity”.
In
these R&D centers, the staff members are striving for making technological
innovations, leveraging talent and utilizing their global resources so that
every single product they manufacture is outstanding.
